The weather was downright gorgeous yesterday -- postcard, even -- so we decided to pack up the kids and head to the park. We all had cabin fever, and it was good just to be out for a little while. The last time we were at this park, I was exactly 4 days away from Phoebe's delivery -- and I thought it would be fun to compare! What a difference 11 months makes!
3/10/07 (sorry you can't see my enormous belly!)
2/9/08 -- Out of the belly and into the grass!

Our little tiny girl is officially too small for the little girl swings, but she had fun crawling around, exploring rocks and sticks and dirt, and just being outside. She is such an outside girl! I have a feeling we'll be spending a good bit of our spring and summer at the park.
For the moment, though, I'm going to enjoy the total silence in the house and finish up a cup of coffee. Hopefully today will be a total walk in the park!

Dang it, I just left a comment, but it didn't work. Now to remember what all I said!
I'm glad to hear that it sounds like you're on the verge of the end of the yuckies!
The pictures are so fun to see! Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
oh yeah, and thanks for the sweet comment on my blog. What are e-friends for!? :-)
Glad to hear you are feeling better and that the Lord blessed with a day for an outing! I agree, take advantage of the grand weather...it makes you feel better, that's for sure. Right now, it is gorgeous here, blue sky, strong breeze, beautiful sunshine and 7 degrees outside...so reading your entry...helped! Enjoy the great outdoors! :D...Love, Ann Potter
Hey Sarah - This is woodsermommy. Would you be open to discussion and/or reading about the topic of vaccinations. As I read your blog (which I love!) I often wish we could have a discussion about this. I don't claim to have all the answers but I do have 8 children - 3 vaccination/antibiotic/doctor route and 5 non of the above. The last five have been basically sickness free except for the occasional cold - No doctor visits in about 5 years! My favorite book is "How to raise a healthy child in spite of your doctor" I highly recommend this book!! Don't want to push just wondered if you have ever looked into this - Thanks, Terri
